It is via the official website of the series that we discover, this Thursday, a new teaser for the anime Shine On: Bakumatsu Boys (Bucchigire!).
A new visual as well as the cast of the series have also been unveiled for the occasion!
Thus, in terms of dubbing actors, we find :

As a reminder, Tetsuo Hirakawa is directing the anime at the Geno Studio animation studio. He also signs the script while Masafumi Yokota is credited for character design, based on original designs by Hiroyuki Takei. Hisashi Akimoto does the 3D and Yasuharu Takanashi composes the music.
The anime Shine On! Bakumatsu Boys is the first original anime from Japanese animation production and planning company Twin Engine.

Shine On: Bakumatsu Boys Anime Synopsis
Back when the samurai ruled Japan, a single individual managed to annihilate the Shinsengumi, leaving only one survivor in this elite group charged with protecting the Shogunate.
Following this event and in order to ensure the security of Kyoto, seven criminals were selected in the greatest secrecy to serve as understudy for the eliminated members of the Shinsengumi.
Those who were once locked up for their crimes now wear the character Makoto* on their backs.
(*Editor's note: Japanese character referring to sincerity, flocked on the outfits of the members of the Shinsengumi.
