As a reminder, Nobuaki Nakanishi is the director of the series. Satoshi Mizukami (the manga author) and Yuichiro Momose sign the script. At this time, the animation studio and the rest of the production team, as well as the artistic cast, have not been announced.

The anime The Lucifer and Biscuit Hammer is adapted from Satoshi Mizukami's eponymous manga, pre-published in Japan between April 2005 and November 2010 in Shonen Gahosha's Young King Ours magazine. In France, the manga is published by Ototo and includes a total of 10 bound volumes.
