Anime Shingeki no Kyojin Season 4 – Part 3, Announced

 It is via Netflix that we discover, this Monday, the announcement of a final season for the anime Ultraman.

This third and final season of the series is already scheduled for 2023!

A first visual as well as an announcement video were unveiled for the occasion. For the moment, the production team of this sequel has not been specified.

As a reminder, it was Kenji Kamiyama and Shinji Aramaki who directed season 2 at the Production I.G animation studio, in collaboration with the SOLA DIGITAL ARTS studio. Masaki Yamada is credited for character design while Nobuko Toda and Kazuma Jinnouchi compose the music.

The Ultraman anime is adapted from the eponymous manga by Eiichi Shimizu and Tomohiro Shimoguchi, pre-published from October 2011 to October 2020 in Monthly Hero's magazine, before being transferred to Comiplex magazine in November 2020. The French version of the manga is edited by Kurokawa.

Ultraman anime synopsis

Decades have passed since Ultraman, the giant red and white superhero, saved the earth from destruction.

His actions, forever etched in the memory, are now recorded in museums or history books.

However, what if the invaders never really left the planet? What if they were in fact secretly cooperating with the government?

As peace is more threatened than ever, humanity must find new saviors, a new generation of Ultraman!
