A first visual, on which we can see the characters of Seiichi and Saria as well as a new character still unknown, was notably unveiled for the occasion.
This new project, which is called True – The Fruit of Evolution: Before I Knew It, My Life Had It Made (Shin Shinka no Mi: Shiranai Uchi ni Kachigumi Jinsei), also has its own official website, on which a countdown of 126 days has been put in place. This will end on August 5, which is also the start date of Crunchyroll Expo 2022, so new announcements could be made at this time.
For now, the format of this anime has not been specified. So it could be a sequel, a new adaptation, a movie or a special episode.

As a reminder, the anime The Fruit of Evolution is adapted from the eponymous light novel by Miku and U35, published in Japan by the publisher Futabasha since September 2014. The series has a first anime adaptation of 12 episodes, broadcast between October and December 2021 in Japan and available in France on Crunchyroll.
The Fruit of Evolution Anime Synopsis
We follow the daily life of Seiichi Hiiragi, a young boy at the bottom of the social ladder in his school.
One day, a voice claiming to be God speaks to him and his comrades and tells them that they will all soon be transported to another world.
Neither one nor two, the students form groups to prepare, with the exception of Seiichi, pushed aside by the others.
Once in the new world, the young man is alone and he meets a gorilla who is quick to declare his love for him!
While the situation already seems crazy, the two new companions also get their hands on the "Fruit of evolution", a strange fruit that is about to turn their lives upside down a little more...
